The Cameroon Cooperative Credit Union League, CamCCUL and affiliates joined the International Community on May 1st 2025 in celebrating the 139th International Labour Day with pomp and pageantry. The celebration in Kumba , Chief town of Meme Division which brought together establishments, Institutions and enterprises took place under the auspices of the Senior Divisional Officer for Meme, Mr. Ntou’ou Ndong Chamberlin . Amid at celebrating the contributions of workers across the globe, the Cameroon Cooperative Credit Union League, CamCCUL with Affiliates in some Areas like, Kumba, Buea, Bafoussam, Yaounde and Ngoundere all turned out massively where they took part in the match pass. The colourful traditional match pass in all these areas had CamCCUL workers all dressed proudly in the colours of CamCCUL. Holding under the theme” Social Dialogue, descent work for a peaceful Cameroon, close to 10 CamCCUL Staff were recognized by the state for their hard work with medals ranging from Gold to Silver and Silver gild . After show casing the strength of the Network during the match pass led by the CamCCUL Staff in some areas, the next item on the day’s agenda were family meals.
